If the creator of a form has enabled it, you can now edit your response to a form after you’ve submitted it.

Editions included:
Standard, Premier, Education, Team and Partner Editions

Languages included:
All languages supported by Google Docs

How to access what's new:
- The creator of the form needs to enable the new checkbox ‘Allow users to edit responses’ to allow respondents to edit their responses after they’ve submitted the form.
- If your username is being collected by the form and you check the ‘Send me a copy of my responses’ option, then there will be a link to change your responses in the confirmation email that you receive.
- You can also edit your responses on the form submission confirmation page. On the confirmation page, click the ‘Edit your response’ link.

Drawing templates have now been added to the public docs template gallery. Drawing templates can also now be uploaded to a domain’s own template gallery, if administrators have enabled that feature.

How to access what's new:
- Sign in to Google Docs and in the docs list, click on ‘Create new’ then ‘From template’ to create a new document from a template. In the ‘Public Templates’ tab, ‘Drawings’ is now a category in the ‘type’ section and you can find the available templates by clicking on that link.
- If your domain administrator has enabled docs templates just for your domain, the ‘drawings’ link is also now in that domain's templates tab. Administrators can enable domain-only docs templates from the Control Panel > Service settings > Docs > Templates (Premier and Education Editions only).

New search operators have been added to give more options when searching for a doc in the Docs list.

How to access what's new:
In the Docs list search box, you can now find your documents by using the following new search operators:
- Type of doc: type:{document, spreadsheet, presentation}
- Docs edited before (or after) a certain day: [ before:YYYY-MM-DD ]
- Docs owned by foo: [ owner:foo ]
- Docs with foo in the title: [ title:foo ]; [ subject:foo ] does the same thing

You can now specify the column width and row height in the new editor.

In the new Google Spreadsheets editor, select the column or row you want to adjust. Right-click and select ‘Resize row’ or ‘Resize column’. Enter the value in pixels to get the size that you want and click ‘OK’.

- Faster find

How to access what's new:
- Faster find: Press Ctrl+F (⌘+F on Macs) to see a dropdown box where you can type the word or phrase you’re looking for in your document. As you type, all the matches in the doc will get highlighted and you can press your' enter' key to jump to the next match. For more advanced options or to replace text, access the ‘Find and Replace’ dialogue from the ‘Edit’ menu.
- Headings in the toolbar: Paragraph styles have been added to the toolbar to quickly apply formatting changes to your text.
- Bookmarks in the link dialogue: If you’ve added bookmarks to your document, you’ll also see these bookmarks as options when you create a new link.

Gmail contextual gadgets are web applications that render in your Gmail web interface when triggered by certain cues. These gadgets enable users to make better informed business decisions faster by delivering relevant information to their inbox and where they can take action right from the email interface.

For example, the Google Docs preview gadget is shown when an email contains a Google Doc URL, allowing users to both preview and edit the document directly in the message view.

- Range sorting: You can now choose column ranges in ascending or descending order. You can also add and take away rules as well as selecting if data has a header or not.
- Formula highlighting in Internet Explorer: Highlight the ranges in the formula - each range referenced in a formula gets highlighted a different color automatically.
