Import emails and contacts from other webmail systems

If you're switching to Gmail from another email provider like Yahoo!, Hotmail, or AOL, Gmail has a handy tool to help you move over your old emails and contacts. This tool is now accessible to Google Apps users as well.
Note:
This import feature is not a Google Apps core service and is not supported under the Google Apps Terms of Service.
