Easily print your Tasks List

You can now print personal and Chat spaces Task lists on web. We hope this makes it easier for you to track assigned items offline or plan with pen and paper if that’s your preference.
- Admins: Google Tasks must be turned ON for people in your domain to access and print Tasks lists. Visit the Help Center to learn more about turning Tasks on or off for users.
- End users: Visit the Help Center to learn more about printing your Google Tasks.
- Rapid Release and Scheduled Release domains: Gradual rollout (up to 15 days for feature visibility) starting on June 23, 2022
- Available to all Google Workspace customers, as well as legacy G Suite Basic and Business customers
- Available to users with personal Google Accounts
