The admin control panel now makes new features available in all languages at the same time. Previously, admins had to choose between viewing the admin control panel in English to receive the very latest features or waiting until new features had been translated into their preferred language. Instead, the control panel will always be displayed in the admin’s preferred language.

We’re excited to announce new premium features for Google+ , including:

Google+for Education Edition: G+ can now be enabled as a service for all Education Edition Domains.
Larger Hangouts: The size of Hangouts for G+ Premium feature domains has been increased from 10 to 15 participants (including host).
Admin Age Verification: G+ premium feature domain administrators can now verify ownership and take responsibility of end user accounts in the domain to correct age entries directly from the admin control panel.

The new compose experience opens a window at the bottom of your inbox, just like a chat box. Previously available only on select Android devices like Nexus S and Galaxy Nexus, you can now download the official Google Calendar app for Android from Google Play. Note that this app only works on devices running Android 4.0.3+ Ice Cream Sandwich or Jelly Bean.

Users have had the ability to upload files to Google Drive by dragging-and-dropping them into the web interface since April 2011. They can now upload folders from their computer to Google Drive in the same way. Note that this feature is only available using the latest version of Google Chrome.
